Hope more disaggregated data is presented especially with the Asian and Pacific Islander community because when Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders are lumped together as a whole; the numbers are misleading and do not show the needs of our underserved communities especially in our Southeast Asian and Pacific Islander communities, where the numbers of our students going into higher education is not high. Felt at times, the API community was still being categorized under the model minority myth at the event.

I agree and felt youth and parents and/or guardians should have had a place/voice at this event.

In addition, my coworker mentioned it would be nice to seen a contrast of the well-to-do Orange County communities such as IUSD with the communities with lower socio-economic status (SES) such as data in the SAUSD and AUSD. Are our high needs communities being served? Would like to see more of the data analyzed.
